Return guarantee
These rules apply to all services of the site.
1. We guarantee a full refund for the service at the first request of the client.
2. The warranty period is determined individually for specific services. Refunds are made within the warranty period specified when ordering services.
3. Refunds are made upon receipt of an application for a refund from the client to our e-mail from the e-mail address of the client, to which the order was placed in the format:
- Last name and First name of the client;
- Date and account number for which the order was made;
- The way in which the payment was made;
- Return method and details for return.
4. Refund implies that the information received is not suitable for the client (buyer), respectively, all further relationships are terminated completely
5. Refunds are made ONLY when the buyer provides a copy of the passport (scanned document). This is a confirmation that the funds will be directed to the buyer and not to another person. This limitation is necessary to exclude fraud.
6. If a refund was requested by a buyer with whom the relationship had already been terminated (previously a refund was made for other products and the buyer was blocked) - in this case, no refund will be made!
7. Ways to return funds to the buyer:
- to the buyer's bank account / card (natural person);
- to the current account of the company from which the payment was made.
Important! Transfer fees, if any, will be deducted from the transfer amount. That is, you will receive an amount on your account less than the amount you paid for the service. The amount of the commission depends on the payment system chosen for the transfer.
8. All disputes, disagreements and claims that may arise, the parties will seek to resolve through negotiations through correspondence by e-mail.
9. The rules of return can be changed at the discretion of the Site Administration without notifying users (buyers). The current rules are posted on this website.
